Jemima was born and raised in London and graduated with a Physiotherapy degree from the University of Nottingham.
She began her career working in a busy London hospital, completing a variety of junior rotations across cardiorespiratory, care of the elderly, the emergency department, and musculoskeletal outpatients with a specialty in paediatrics and women’s health.Alongside her hospital work, Jemima worked as a physiotherapist for a semi-professional rugby team, and one of London’s Elite rowing clubs. These roles helped develop her strong interest in sports injury management and return-to-sport rehabilitation.
In February 2024, Jemima relocated to Melbourne and has been loving both the lifestyle and the professional opportunities that have come with the move. She has been working in private practice while also travelling and exploring different parts of Australia.
Outside of work, Jemima has recently started competing in triathlon and can often be found running, cycling, or swimming laps around Melbourne. A former rower, she also gave AFL a go last season and enjoyed the challenge and fun that came with trying something new.
Jemima enjoys treating a broad range of conditions and is passionate about helping people get back to doing what they love through personalised, movement-based treatment.
Jemima’s Special Area’s of interest:
- Post-operative knee rehabilitation, particularly end stage rehab following ACL reconstruction.
