Home-based physiotherapy
For our local community we offer home-based physiotherapy services. This is ideal for people who are unable to attend our clinic due to temporary or progressive limits to their mobility.
It is ideal for:
- post operative surgical recovery
- ageing family or friends with limited mobility
- supervised exercises at home where attendance to Spring Physio Gym is too difficult due to physical limitations.
We can offer a trusted and familiar physiotherapist to assist in the care of your loved ones, to maximise recovery and mobility at home.
We will communicate clearly with your GP, surgeon and other health care providers to ensure an optimal continuum of care in the community setting.
Sessions are rebatable through Private health funds.
NDIS, WorkCover, DVA and Medicare funding is available if appropriate medical referral is provided.
