Using Spring gym on your own

Yes and no. 

The gym is attended by those who have been through a thorough assessment and ‘program delivery’ process. You must have attended 12 supervised sessions with a physiotherapist and deemed safe to use the equipment on your own.

The gym is not like regular gyms, where you attend one session with a trainer and then do your workouts on your own. The purpose of this gym is to closely supervise exercise routines, to minimise your risk of injury, and to ensure safe and effective exercising habits are established. Once your effective habits are gained here, you will be able to utilize these in everyday life.
