Your first step is to make an appointment with a physiotherapist for a detailed assessment of your medical and exercise history. We will set some goals and take initial baseline measurements.
Generally, a second one-on-one session will be required to work through a program based on your goals and physical ability. You will be directed to a small class or one-to-one sessions to commence your program under our guidance. Plus, you’ll be given home exercises to practice.
We will communicate with any relevant health professionals who are involved with delivering an all over plan to lead you to better health.
