At the initial appointment your physiotherapist will document the history of your current injury and investigate any relevant previous conditions.

They will perform a clinical assessment of your current symptoms and begin to formulate a plan to help optimise your recovery and the management of your condition.

Initial appointments normally take 30 - 40 minutes and payment is expected on the day of service.

Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee.
